Roxy Reynolds

Omnium International’s Senior Commercial Manager, Roxy has a proven track record of creating and implementing processes and procedures for the successful cost management of various large-scale and technically complex developments, notably One Za’abeel, Marina Gate and City Walk.

Highly experienced in the delivery of luxury hospitality developments, Roxy has led the commercial management of new build and refurbishment works for several of the region’s renowned luxury hospitality destinations, including Caesar’s Palace, the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the Meydan Hotel, One & Only Royal Mirage, One & Only One Za’abeel, Jumeirah Living at Marina Gate and the Bulgari Marina Lofts in Dubai. Roxy works closely with her clients and stakeholders to ensure the revitalization and reimagining of existing structures, ensuring they meet modern standards and requirements.

Throughout her career she has championed flexible working hours, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), she has been instrumental in crafting a more adaptable and inclusive work environment. A true ‘rising star’ and a professional who values growth, Roxy is commitment to personal and team development. Currently leading a team of 10, Roxy provides mentoring and a passion to ‘pay it forward’ and pass on her own professional development, through CPDs, training schemes and other initiatives to foster the growth and professional development of Omnium’s future leaders.
