Nikolina Nedialkova, Site Operations Manager at SSH, brings an impressive 36 years of experience in construction supervision, project management, and structural design. She has held various key roles, including Senior Resident Engineer, Project Manager, Project Chief Engineer, and Contracts Manager throughout her career.
In her current role, Nikolina is responsible for overseeing SSH Construction Supervision projects in the UAE, ensuring the highest industry standards in contracts management, health and safety, time, cost, quality, and scope control are achieved or exceeded. Nikolina also plays a crucial role in providing constructability reviews and valuable insights to SSH design projects, ensuring a seamless transition from design to construction.
Previously, she was the Senior Resident Engineer in many significant SSH projects, including the Dubai Creek Beach, The Creek Horizon at Dubai Creek Harbour, the luxurious Dhofar Beach Resort and Spa in Oman and the iconic Al Salam Palace in Kuwait. Under her exceptional leadership, these projects received valuable recognition and awards.
Before joining SSH in 2014, Nikolina worked on high-end financial, healthcare, and infrastructure projects in various European countries and Japan.
Nikolina holds a Master of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Japanese Studies and Traditional Japanese Architecture from Tsukuba University in Japan and is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP®).
