Kathren Salah

A qualified Civil Engineer, Kathren has over seven years of experience in the construction industry within Planning and Scheduling and Claims and Dispute Resolution.

Kathren has worked on a wide range of projects within building and construction, hospitality, rail, infrastructure and, data centres for clients across the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. She has experience working on several iconic projects, including ongoing work on giga-projects in Saudi Arabia.

An advocate for inclusivity and diversity, particularly regarding the empowerment of women, Kathren leads the TBH Middle East’s Inclusivity and Diversity Committee, as well as its Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. She is also a mentor to several of TBH’s new graduates, providing guidance to support in their career growth and professional development.
