Chris has accountability for the group’s people recruitment strategy and the implementation and delivery of the firm’s equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) plan. A key priority for Chris is to help grow our business by attracting the best people in the industry to HKA and to continue to retain, develop and engage colleagues within the business.
