Akhila Koroth

Akhila graduated in civil engineering and pursued her master’s in Project Engineering Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune, India. She started her career as a site engineer, and eventually transferred to work as a Quantity Surveyor with the commercial team within the fit-out sector.  She joined ISG in 2021 and worked on a commercial spaces within the financial sector delivering spaces for renowned global businesses.

Her key priorities are to meticulously work towards the commercial success of projects while always on the lookout for process improvement and streamlining. Throughout her experience she developed a deep understanding of the barriers, obstacles and also opportunities for young women in the construction industry. She strongly believes that an inclusive and diverse workplace contributes to creative thinking and innovative solutions.
